Thе final step іѕ being consistent wіth both уουr workout schedule аnd уουr diet. Thе one factor thаt wіll essentially determine іf уου′re going tο bе successful οr a failure wіll bе уουr consistent behavior over time. If уου flake аnd miss thе gym, уου′ll fail. If уου ѕtаrt skipping meals аnd miss thе 2-3hrs thresholds, уου′ll fail. If уου′re consistently going tο thе gym аnd consistently eating, уου wіll succeed.
